London Fog is a very dark value, black pigment with a cool undertone, from Will Anthony Artist Signature Series from LI Pigments. It is suitable for clients with Fitzpatrick 1-6 skin tones.

This set of eyeliner pigments has been created by collaboration between LI Pigments and world-renowned permanent makeup artist Will Anthony, as part of their Artist Signature series. These pigments come pre-mixed for your convenience however you can use them as a base or overlay with other colours.
A grey-based black, this is a great stand alone color and will also serve as the perfect base for Secret Black or an overlay for Black Cocktail.
