1. Invest in your Skincare
We teach our students the importance of educating their clients. Without using the correct product for your skin type, there is no point in having regular treatments with your therapist. By keeping up a good skincare routine at home will make the results from any monthly treatment you have done last much longer!
2. Use a good serum
Vitamin C works wonders on the skin. Our DNA C Fix + 10% is a gel-like solution, which is made up of small molecules. This means product is absorbed quickly and penetrates deep in to the skin. It is also an antioxidant and is very calming, especially great for this time of year!
Wearing regular sunscreen will help prevent against the development of premature ageing and even skin cancer! We recommend Sun Always Shines by DNA Skincare. It’s a broad spectrum sunscreen and has tinted minerals in it, which keeps the skin hydrated and glowing all year round.
4. Check your ingredients!
Our DNA Skincare range states the percentage of the most impactful ingredients in each product that will improve the structure of the skin and provide long lasting results.
5. Every product has a shelf life- CHECK IT!
Expiry dates are usually listed on the side of products, as a period after opening (PAO) date, e.g. 3M, 6M, 12M. The DNA skincare range is paraben free, which means it has a 6 month shelf life once opened. When a product is out of date, get rid! Would you eat food that has gone off after 3 months?
